Human Resources Administrator
4 Days in Office | 100% Paid Benefits | Competitive Bonus
Base Salary: $100K-$110K + Bonus
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator with 5+ years of HR experience , including payroll expertise . Proficiency in Workday and HRIS reporting is required, while experience with ADP is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and a college degree .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support for multiple U.S. and global offices , ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Oversee benefits administration, expense reporting, HR invoicing , and compliance training.
- Manage the annual employee review process and facilitate performance evaluations.
- Handle interview scheduling, offer confirmations, background checks, and onboarding for new employees.
- Coordinate the management of temporary staff across the U.S., UK, and Singapore offices .
- Assist with the Administrative department , including employee relations and quarterly check-in calls.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures align with legislative, audit, and global requirements .
- Support voluntary and involuntary terminations , including exit interviews, final pay processing, benefits coordination, and IT offboarding.
- Prepare and process employment verification letters for employees and third-party requests.
- Lead the firm-wide Summer Internship Program , managing recruitment, onboarding, event planning, and the Speaker Series with firm leadership.
- Play a key role in the integration and management of Workday , the firm’s first HRIS platform.
- Maintain and update the firm’s intranet with important company news and announcements.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits .
