Job: SW/HW-Technical Program Manager IV

Location : Sunnyvale, Burlingame, or Redmond (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Months

Pay Rate : $125 - $130/hr on W2

Start Date: 03/03/2025

Responsibilities :

As the Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the System Health team, you will oversee Power and Performance (PnP) areas for new devices.
Crafting PnP plans to align with Wearables org strategy and supporting the rollout of PnP features with cross-functional partners.
Build and execute detailed execution plans, holding yourself and the team accountable for deliverables.
Report on technical program status in various forums to peers and leadership.
Plan for risks and develop appropriate mitigations.
Provide data processing skills and insights on status and gaps to drive business progress.
Cultivate strong relationships within engineering and across the company, using these as leverage to achieve goals.
Articulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones for your program.
Drive multiple engineering programs and product initiatives, working with teams to define and revise long-term strategy and roadmaps for device system health.

Minimum Qualifications :

6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software or consumer device programs from inception to production.
Proven experience delivering technical programs or products from start to finish.
B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of software development and product development processes.
Experience processing and analyzing large data sets using MS Excel / G-Sheets, with scripting experience in SQL and Python being a major plus.
Strong background in leading cross-functional teams (software and hardware engineers, TPMs, and product managers).
Proven track record in managing multiple programs concurrently.
Experience in communicating program status, risks, and mitigations to both technical experts and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience building systems and processes for monitoring and improving battery, power, and thermals in a hardware/software system.
Experience in improving user-facing quality for a hardware/software system.
