Imaging Service Engineer

Location: New Orleans

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (FSE) specializing in Siemens Medical Imaging Systems . This role requires expertise in Siemens cardiovascular imaging systems (Artis Q & Artis Zee), Core Stream platform, X-ray Fluoroscopy, and C-Arm systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing these advanced imaging technologies while ensuring high customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for Siemens diagnostic imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage service calls and updates.
• Travel extensively (75%) to client locations for repairs and maintenance.
• Identify and communicate potential sales leads to the sales team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience in diagnostic imaging equipment repair, with expertise in Siemens MRI, X-ray Fluoroscopy, and cardiovascular imaging systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flexible experience level—open to mid-level and senior engineers.
