As an Industrial Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Install and align new equipment and machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Pneumatics Experience
• Hydraulics Experience
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Pneumatics Troubleshooting
• Machine Safety Inspections

Salary info:

$27 - $28 / hr
