Now Hiring: Industrial Painter – Becker, MN

Pay: $25/hr – $32/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed)

Work Type: On-site

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join their growing team. This role focuses on industrial liquid coating and painting of steel components while ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and drawings to determine project specifications

• Select appropriate paint based on job requirements

• Prepare surfaces through masking and cleaning

• Mix and prepare paint using viscosity cups, thickness gauges, gloss gauges, and basic chemistry knowledge

• Apply coatings using airless pumps, pressure pots, electrostatic systems, and paint guns

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment, following hazardous waste handling guidelines

• Conduct equipment maintenance to ensure safe operation

• Meet production deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness

• Work independently and collaboratively on ongoing and special projects

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial painting or coating experience

• Strong technical capacity and blueprint reading skills

• High attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work overtime when required

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
