IT Training Manager | Boston, MA - Hybrid (4 Days On-Site) | $110,000 - $150,000

A long-established Boston-based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead onboarding, training, and continuous education across the organization. This is a high-impact role in a lean, collaborative environment—ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, visibility, and direct engagement with end-users.

About the Role

You’ll design and deliver firmwide training programs, support new software rollouts, and ensure a seamless experience for attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include:

• New hire onboarding and role-based training
• Live, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences
• Software/application training (e.g., NetDocs, DMS)
• Beta testing and UAT coordination
• Building and maintaining training materials and documentation
• Supervising one direct report (Training Coordinator)

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years in software training, instructional design, or end-user support
• Legal or professional services background preferred
• Strong technical understanding of business/legal applications
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
• Willing to be on-site in Boston 5 days/week (with future flexibility)
• Able to travel to a satellite NH office 2–3 times/year
