Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a global insurance brokerage in their search for a Producer. This is a business to business sales role seeking individuals who are comfortable cold calling and developing new relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Details:

• Hybrid position based out of Wisconsin (option of 3 offices: Waukesha, Waunakee, or Wausau)
• Pay is 70K base pay with uncapped commission and incentives

Responsibilities include:

• Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
• Presenting services and solutions to potential clients ensuring clients are educated on the value and offerings of the company
• Closing new business deals; retaining clients by fostering strong business relationships
• Developing new clients through referrals or cold calling
• Assisting in client contracting and necessary paperwork; maintaining accurate client records and regulatory updates
• Ensuring clients receive the optimal coverage, including quoting and follow-up
• Providing technical support and product education to clients
• Collaborating with your team to meet sales targets
• Maintaining industry memberships and licenses
• Staying up to date on the company’s core business partners and their products
• Participating in ongoing education to expand industry knowledge

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of business to business sales experience
• Confidence in cold calling and sales techniques
• Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus!
• Must obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous insurance experience is advantageous
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
