Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West River, MD for a Physician with a specialty in Internal or Family Medicine. The Physician will provide comprehensive medical care and assist in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare to patients. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring clinical staff, managing patient care plans, collaborating with behavioral health specialists, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Clinical Director will also participate in strategic planning and contribute to enhancing health outcomes within the community served by BCH.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Medicine, including primary care and patient-centered clinical practices
  • Experience in Clinical Supervision and leadership, with a focus on guiding and supporting healthcare teams
  • Knowledge of Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and Psychology to support integrative health services
  • Familiarity with managing patient care in underserved, diverse communities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Active medical license and board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or a related field
  • Commitment to advancing health equity and community-oriented care
