Judge Direct Placement is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor in Oconomowoc, WI area!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities
- Ensure all inventory products are maintained
- Evaluate inventory needs and ensure all strategies for inventory needs are executed
- Provide guidance and expertise to staff
- Reconcile inventory
- Responsible for P&L including breakage/shrinkage
- Coordinate driver reconciliation process
- Learn to become fluent in all systems
- Conduct hiring, performance reviews, discipline, and termination
Requirements:
- 4-6 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Accounting background
