Location: On-site - Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour DOE
Duration: 30-45 days (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP - ideally Monday
We're looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals to join our team in supporting a fast-moving IT fulfillment project. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that IT equipment - including laptops, keyboards, and peripheral devices - gets where it needs to go efficiently and accurately.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general IT knowledge and experience navigating a ticketing system who enjoys hands-on work and a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:Pick, pack, and ship IT hardware to clinic locations
Follow and manage requests through an internal ticketing system
Track shipments and ensure proper documentation of equipment
Monitor and manage inventory levels for IT assets
Receive incoming equipment and perform basic quality checks
Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to meet daily shipping goals
2+ years of general IT knowledge or tech support experience
Familiarity with a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
Reliable, detail-focused, and self-motivated
Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/office environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
