Junior Estimator – Construction

A growing contractor based in Queens is looking to hire a Junior Estimator to join its preconstruction team. This opportunity is open to entry-level graduates as well as candidates with 1–2 years of construction experience, including those currently working on site who are interested in moving into an estimating role.
The Junior Estimator will support senior estimators with quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid preparation, while reviewing drawings and specifications and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. This role offers hands-on training, exposure to the full estimating process, and a clear path for career progression.
Ideal candidates will have a construction-related degree or equivalent field experience, a basic understanding of construction methods, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Estimating software experience is a plus but not required.
