• This is not traditional coaching where we just ask the questions. Our work is precise, challenging, deeply human, and incredibly rewarding.

• This role is ideal for a seasoned executive—someone who’s led teams, navigated complexity, and is now ready for a lifestyle shift that blends purpose with performance.
• You’ll be part of a team that values precision, compassion, and results.
What You’ll Do
• Coach clients on communication, mindset, and behavioral skills
• Facilitate individual, small team, and large group sessions in business settings
• Help leaders hear themselves, recognize their own patterns, and take action
• Design tailored development programs aligned with client goals
• Navigate sensitive topics with clarity, care, and honesty about the actual costs
• Identify business and personal client objectives and craft custom solutions to match
• Contribute to business development through conversations, content creation and social media
What We’re Looking For
• 20+ years of professional experience working in the Manufacturing, Advanced Technology, or Distribution sectors
• 10+ years of Leadership as a Sr. Operations Manager, Director, VP
• Confidence with humility, ownership, and a growth mindset
• Willingness to challenge and provide clear, honest and bold feedback
• Open to receiving feedback and continuous learning
• Willingness to spend significant time in Charlotte, NC, for onboarding
