Job Description:
The Condo/HOA Litigation Legal Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to lawyers, paralegals, and legal teams involved in litigation cases. This role involves managing case documentation, organizing schedules, preparing legal filings, and assisting with trial preparation. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working at a real estate law firm with Condo & HOA experience. Experience with CBL and complex cases, construction or and commercial litigation is preferred. Transactional real estate experience and understanding of how associations operate is needed.
