Legal Recruiter & Legal Talent Manager: Denver (3 days/week onsite)

Robert Half Legal is seeking a Legal Recruiter (Legal Talent Manager) to join our award-winning Legal team in Denver!

We have a robust 13 week onboarding program and continuous professional development! We hire on potential--not experience!

How you will contribute as our Legal Recruiter (Legal Talent Manager):

Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel in law firms and corporate legal departments.
Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Half’s presence in the local Denver business community.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with key hiring managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of understanding our clients’ hiring needs and positioning them to attract and retain top talent.

You should apply if:

You have previous experience working in the legal industry, a staffing agency and/OR a sales’ position with competitive KPI's.
Competitive and motivated by earning unlimited commission.
Are driven and work well self-directed.
Bachelor’s degree.
