Position Overview: Engineering & Technical Support plays a critical role at Hot Section Technologies, an FAA and EASA certified aircraft component repair station located in Oxnard, California. Work Environment:
This role primarily involves working in an office setting with regular interactions in an FAA certified repair station environment. This may include exposure to machinery, tools, aircraft components, and potentially hazardous materials such as solvents, adhesives, or paints. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, respiratory protection, gloves, and safety footwear, is required in compliance with FAA and OSHA guidelines. Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, airborne particles, and temperature fluctuations may occur. Regular presence on the repair station floor is essential to effectively oversee technical processes, maintain clear communications, and assure compliance with safety and quality standards.
