About the Role

Are you a Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LISW) looking for a stable, full-time caseload and a supportive private practice environment? This role is ideal for therapists who value work-life balance and meaningful client relationships. You’ll join a small, collaborative team of experienced clinicians—each dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where both clients and therapists thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents
• Conduct mental status exams, develop treatment plans, and deliver clinically appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate client documentation within an electronic health record (EHR)
• Provide both in-person and telehealth sessions
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 one-hour appointments per week
• Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (required)
• Active LSW (required) or LISW (preferred) license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents
• Unrestricted license and ability to pass a background check
• Interest in or willingness to learn holistic and transpersonal approaches to therapy (training provided)
• Proficiency with basic technology and electronic health record systems

Pay range and compensation package

• Biweekly pay, including compensation for no-shows/late cancellations (commercial insurance clients)
