Sales Managers Requirements & Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Proven reliability and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support a team-oriented environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Sales Generation: Drive sales through effective strategies, achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our exquisite jewelry collections, educating both staff and clients.
