Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

You will join a fast-growing startup on a mission to provide affordable, efficient, and equitable insurance solutions. Their AI/ML-driven platform empowers insurers to navigate complex challenges e.g. climate crisis, cyber threats, & social inflation. Backed by investors behind companies (e.g. Salesforce, Zoom), they're revolutionizing the insurtech space!

Example of what you will do:

• Deploy and test LLM-powered pipelines for customer-specific use cases
• Build and maintain a prompt repository for customer PoCs, ensuring they’re production-ready.
• Lead technical PoC projects, demonstrating ML capabilities, gathering feedback, and refining models.
• Collaborate on model performance monitoring, improving accuracy and optimizing the ML pipeline.

Your experience:

• Practical knowledge of ML techniques, with exposure to NLP models, prompt engineering, and LLMs
• Proficiency in Python and ML/data libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Enthusiasm for customer-facing work
