Maintenance Manager

We are working with an established Processing Company company based in Mojave, California. They are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join their team on the Days in return for a salary in the region of between $95,000-$120,000/year along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental, PTO and Life Insurance.

Responsibilities as the Maintenance Manager include:

• Leading and developing strong maintenance teams, demonstrating effective leadership skills
• Providing equipment-specific knowledge in areas such as boilers, steam systems, DC power supplies, and electrochemical processes
• Applying plant maintenance, HSE, and process safety management principles and policies in daily operations
• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with leaders and professionals across all levels
• Utilizing analytical skills for problem-solving, including root cause analysis, and managing projects within a chemical manufacturing environment
• Develop, implement, and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all plant equipment, machinery, and systems
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and plant-specific safety standards
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Maintenance Management experience, 7+ years total in the manufacturing maintenance industry
• Demonstrated leadership capacity
