This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of the department or area. Required Qualifications:- Require Bachelors degree in Health Science program or Medical Technology.
- Require qualification as an ASCP, AMT, NCA, or equivalent licensure.
- Require a minimum of six (6) years of experience in a professional capacity within a Clinical Laboratory setting.
- Require licensure as a Supervisor, under Chapter 483, Part IV, Florida Statute 61F-5.002 or able to qualify within one year.
- Prefer previous supervisory/management experience.
- Prefer effective communication and listening skills.
- Prefer the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- Prefer demonstrated dedication to service driven culture.
- Prefer the ability to troubleshoot equipment and problems as they arise.
