Marketing Assistant

Description:

Our fast-paced and faith-based financial firm in Wichita, KS is seeking to add a Marketing Assistant to our team! Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and skilled with technology. Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment preferred
  • Social media management experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • CRM experience

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all marketing events.
  • Maintain our social media posting and content - website, LinkedIn, X, FB, Instagram, etc.
  • Track the numbers to know the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
  • Review and update all company messaging across all online sites.

Hourly Compensation:

  • $16 - $20/hr.

Benefits:

  • 9 days of PTO
  • 9 paid holidays

Hours:

  • Mondays-Thursdays: 8:30am-6pm
  • Fridays: 8:30am-1pm
  • Must be available for occasional evening and weekend client events
