Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Marketing Manager with 5+ years experience for an immediate long term contract that is onsite 2 days a week. Ideally looking for 5+ years agency experience or experience working with retail clients and specifically working on loyalty or retention programs.
This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, leading strategic loyalty marketing campaigns and initiatives focused on increasing acquisition, engagement & retention for the loyalty program (U.S. only). This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders (Brands, eCommerce, Email, Media, Creative, Operations, Customer Service, Global Payments, IT, Customer Insights & Analytics) and external loyalty credit card partner (Synchrony Financial) to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value through data driven marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the roll-out of updated sign packages across five different brands, ensuring each sign package is tailored to the unique branding, component differences, and specific needs of each brand. Strategize on how best to adapt the signage to each brand's in-store experience, while keeping the goal of driving program acquisition and keeping the program top of mind for existing members.
• Support marketing initiatives related to new IT projects, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and seamless integration of any IT-driven initiatives that impact the loyalty program or marketing activities.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across brands, including marketing, creative, operations, IT and others to ensure alignment and progress on ongoing projects.
• Lead and support the coordination of marketing projects from inception through execution, ensuring that timelines are met, and deliverables are on target. Provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process.
• Keep the manager updated on day-to-day activities and provide clear, concise updates on project status. Maintain transparency while having the ability to independently manage tasks and keep projects moving forward.
• Present a strong attention to detail ensuring all materials and assets are reviewed and meet brand standards and expectations. Handle multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Proven experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across brands and departments.
• Experience working with creative agencies and providing feedback on creative work.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, results driven and Self-directed with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and keep things moving forward.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with marketing materials, signage, and branding elements.
