As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand strategy and retail excellence. You’ll lead trade and shopper marketing initiatives, develop targeted campaigns, and manage retail programs that elevate visibility and engagement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to execute programs that bring the brand to life at shelf and beyond.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in CPG or retail partnerships, with hands-on experience managing vendor relationships, distributors, and marketing activations. They are also organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
