Senior Media Strategist

About the Role.

We’re looking for a Senior Media Strategist to lead full-cycle media planning and buying for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for developing integrated strategies across print, broadcast, out-of-home, and digital platforms. From negotiating with media partners to analyzing campaign performance, you’ll own the process end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone with 5–7 years of experience in an agency setting who understands the nuances of both traditional and digital media. Bonus points if you’ve worked with healthcare clients or have a strong grasp of that industry’s media landscape.

Location & Schedule

  • Based in West Palm Beach, FL
  • On-site presence required, especially during onboarding
  • Hybrid schedule available after initial ramp-up (typically 3 days/week in office)
  • Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible within reason)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop integrated media plans that align with client goals and audience touchpoints
  • Translate audience insights into targeting strategies and personas
  • Analyze competitive trends to uncover opportunities
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, data-driven campaigns
  • Negotiate and manage media partnerships with publishers and vendors
  • Oversee budgets and billing with precision and accountability
  • Track performance and optimize based on KPIs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Present strategies and reports with clarity and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of media planning/buying experience (agency background strongly preferred)
  • Experience across both traditional and digital media channels
  • Familiarity with healthcare clients is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in tools like MRI-Simmons, Scarborough, MediaRadar, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for learning
