Job Description

Position Overview : As a Medical Coordinator at Harris Keenan and Goldfarb, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal professionals and clients while serving as a liaison to healthcare providers, insurance companies & the New York Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and assist in scheduling/facilitating medical treatment.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they are aware of and are attending their medical appointments.
  • Liaison between doctors’ offices and/or medical facilities, clients, and attorneys.
  • Assist in procuring medical records from facilities where clients are being treated.
  • Book and assist with client transportation for medical treatment.
  • Ensure medical facilities have appropriate insurance and/or payment information for treatment.

Requirements:

  • Spanish fluency required.
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the legal field.
  • Proactive, able to work independently.

Compensation : $37,500-$47,500 per year, plus bonus, commensurate with experience. Health insurance, 401(k), Dental insurance, Health savings account, Paid time off, Referral program, Vision insurance.
