With offices based in California and New York, this team is unlocking groundbreaking therapies for patients with severe diseases. They work at the intersection of machine learning, physics, and computational chemistry to advance the development of small molecule drug discovery. Backed by top investors and founded by ex-Google/Stanford Scientists, they are scaling their Cheminformatics team.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking top-tier ML research scientists, Cheminformatics with a strong track record of applying machine learning methods to advance small molecule drug discovery.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cheminformatics expert skilled in molecular data and tools like RDKit and OpenEye.
• Experienced in experimental drug discovery assays and CADD workflows, from docking to ADME prediction.
• Proficient data scientist and applied ML engineer, fluent in Python, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.

What We’re Looking For:

• PhD in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science
• Expert in advanced modelling techniques, including GNNs, multitask modelling, active learning, and Bayesian optimisation.
• Experienced in large-scale data management, SQL, data pipelines, and robust approaches to molecule featurisation and model validation.

Package:
