Project Description
Full Remodel and Expansion to the historic Cal Neva Casino-Resort-Hotel located 30 minutes from Reno, NV on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This project will be of the highest quality and will demand exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering similar high-quality construction projects with a keen understanding of the unique demands of casino-resort-hotel construction.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary commensurate with experience.
· Completion Bonus (amount TBD at end of project).

Qualifications
· Minimum 10 years experience in casino-resort-hotel construction, with minimum 5 years as FMPE Coordinator.
· Extensive knowledge of Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (FMPE) systems.
· Verifiable references required.
· Proficient with construction management software and field use of company-provided tablets.
· Excellent communicator using all modern methods (email, text, etc.).
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an intense environment.
· Positive team player capable of leading a large team of construction professionals and experienced subcontractors.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee the coordination, construction, and commissioning of the Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Development Managers and Ownership.
· Provide regular updates on project progress, particularly regarding exterior milestones and weather-related adjustments.
· Anticipate and exceed client expectations through exceptional service and quality of work.
