Key Responsibilities:
โ Maintain and manage network infrastructure
โ Respond to and resolve network incidents efficiently
โ Support IP and optical network operations , ensuring stability and performance
โ Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Infinera, Nokia, Arista) for troubleshooting and improvements
Must-Have Skills:
โ๏ธ 5+ years of experience in network operations, deployment, design, or support
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of IP & optical networks
โ๏ธ Incident response experience
โ๏ธ CCNA certification (or equivalent)
โ๏ธ Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive resolutions
Nice-to-Have Skills:
๐ก Ability to work independently and take initiative
๐ก Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
