Job Description

This person is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the university’s network infrastructure, with a focus on Health Sciences technology. This on-site role requires expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions. The position demands a strong commitment to reliability, collaboration, and innovation in support of the mission.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (if no degree 8+ years of experience + Certifications)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, including enterprise-level design and support.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise LAN architectures, especially in complex environments.
• Strong ability to align network design with business and operational requirements, particularly in health sciences or similar domains.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
