Education & Experience
- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), and assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Experience: 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.

Job Duties & Functions
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries.
- Perform daily reconciliation of hotel transactions.
- Generate, review, and distribute reports for management.
- Monitor and address security concerns during the overnight shift.
- Ensure all revenue postings are accurate and balanced.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the night.
- Assist in preparing breakfast setup as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for special requests.
- Handle emergencies and guest complaints professionally.
