Job Description

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for K-12 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and provide therapy to meet students' educational needs per IEP goals.
  • Screen, evaluate, and document student progress with approved assessments.
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff for classroom-based activities and techniques.
  • Consult with and involve parents in the therapy program.
  • Maintain reports and records as required by law and school policies.
  • Work effectively with other disciplines.
  • Stay updated on school-based therapy research and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.
