Flying Scooter Productions is an award-winning brand strategy and film production studio based in Pittsburgh. Founded in 2017, we have worked with global, regional, and local companies, directing and producing nearly 100 projects including video, branding, digital marketing, and non-profit campaign launches.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Operations & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our team. This role is a blend of sales support, client relations, and operational coordination, ensuring smooth project execution while driving business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations:

• Manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture client relationships
• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, estimates, and contracts
• Maintain records and ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking
• Assist in developing sales strategies and outreach initiatives

Operations & Project Coordination:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to manage production schedules
• Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and contract management
• Support logistics for shoots, including travel coordination, equipment rental, and production scheduling

Marketing & Business Development Support:

• Assist with social media management, email marketing, and content creation
• Research industry trends and potential business opportunities
• Support branding efforts and client engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, sales, or account management (preferably in marketing, video production, or a creative agency)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for storytelling, marketing, and media production is a plus
