About Us

Vitality Guard Insurance is a rapidly growing health insurance company specializing in Medicare Advantage and ACA plans. With over 100 licensed agents nationwide, we are dedicated to helping clients secure the coverage they need while maintaining the highest levels of compliance and service. We are seeking a highly organized Operations Assistant to support our leadership team and ensure day-to-day processes run efficiently across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the COO and Operations team with daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • Assist in managing company workflows, reporting, and departmental updates
  • Track agent productivity, licensing, and onboarding compliance
  • Help coordinate payroll reporting, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized systems for contracts, carrier documents, and compliance files
  • Provide support for open enrollment operations, including Medicare and ACA campaigns
  • Coordinate with department managers (Recruiting, Training, Sales, QA, Customer Service, etc.) to streamline processes
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as the company scales

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or operations support experience required
  • Background in health insurance or Medicare/ACA industry preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced leadership team
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
