A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As an Outside Sales Representative at Bondoc Roofing, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales success. You'll have the freedom to work out in the field, where the real action happens.

Here’s what your day looks like:

• Canvassing & Door Knocking : You'll be engaging with homeowners and businesses to introduce Bondoc’s exceptional roofing services. Whether you're targeting B2B or B2C, you’ll be on the front lines building relationships and generating leads.
• Roof Inspections : You'll assess roofs and identify areas that need attention, providing expert recommendations to homeowners.
• Presenting Solutions : After understanding customer needs, you’ll present our best roofing and exterior options, offering tailored solutions that fit their budget and requirements.
• Closing Deals : Once you've provided options, you'll finalize transactions and set customers up for success, ensuring their needs are met and they’re fully satisfied.

Your hard work will lead to satisfied customers and a growing business . Plus, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your efforts directly translate into success and income!

Compensation That Rewards Your Effort

• Paid Training for 3 months and then Base Pay + Commission after
• $1,000 per week during training to help you get started
• 1st Year Earnings : $55,000 - $70,000
• 2nd Year Earnings : $70,000 - $100,000 (the sky's the limit!)
• Company Vehicle after training
• Company Phone, iPad, and Drone to support your success
• Rapid career growth potential with continuous training and coaching

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience —no experience? No problem, we’ll train you!
• Competitive attitude with a desire to be the best and dominate your goals.
• Strong communication skills —you’re a natural conversationalist and a pro at building rapport.
• People-person with exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Organized and results-driven —you thrive on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Tech-savvy —comfortable navigating apps, iPads, and CRM systems to track leads and manage client information.
• Basic construction and math knowledge (or willingness to learn on the job).
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in any weather condition.
• Ability to pass background checks and periodic drug tests.
