We at Coforge are hiring a P&C Product owner with the following skillset :

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
Proven ability to lead large, complex enterprise initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Agile delivery practices, including lean-agile mindset.
Demonstrated success in backlog management, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
Solid understanding of commercial and specialty lines insurance—or the aptitude to ramp up quickly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—clear, concise, and candid.

Preferred:

SAFe POPM certification or equivalent Agile certification.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and product management platforms.
Experience working in a scaled Agile environment with matrixed teams.
