**Job Title: Painter Helper** **Job Description** We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for two pivotal roles: Paint Loader and Paint Unloader. These positions involve managing the flow of parts through our paint line, ensuring quality, and maintaining organizational standards. **Responsibilities** + Load parts onto the conveyor belt according to paint line requirements. + Arrange parts on carts following specific pallet patterns for optimal fit and stability. + Perform quality inspections and identify flawed parts for rework or strip-painting. + Complete and manage associated paperwork, including reorders and inspection documentation. + Operate hoists and other material handling equipment safely. + Maintain a clean and organized paint area. + Memorize product line assembly patterns and part placements. + Strap larger parts securely to prevent movement or damage during transport. + Unload painted parts from the conveyor line and arrange them on carts. + Inspect parts for paint quality, identifying any flawed items for rework or strip-painting. + Manage paperwork related to reorders, inspections, and part tracking. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a laborer or in a paint line environment is advantageous. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. + Comfortable with repetitive motions such as twisting, bending, and pulling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and rewarding workplace where your hard work is recognized with benefits such as a 401(k) match up to 4% and profit sharing. Be prepared for repetitive motions, including bending and twisting, throughout your shift. Expect to be dirty by the end of the day, as there is no air conditioning, making it quite warm during work hours. You will be expected to keep pace with the conveyor belt to ensure the line operates smoothly. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
