Job Description

Our client seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Employment Law Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys handling employment-related matters, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance issues. This is a hybrid position in Los Angeles, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Assist with case management, including maintaining calendars, deadlines, and case files.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Coordinate document production and manage evidence for litigation.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Support attorneys in trial preparation and administrative hearings.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
