Job Description

Our client, an insurance services firm in Newton is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a hybrid role (three set in-office days and one remote). This position is perfect for someone organized, personable, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. The role offers 25-30 hours per week, free parking, and a flexible hybrid schedule. Candidates must be available to start immediately.
