Job Title: Per Diem PTA - Weekend Shifts Only

Location: Twin Cities and Southwest MN
Compensation: $42-$46 per visit

What You’ll Do:
- Carry out PT plans and monitor client progression
- Maintain EMR documentation
- Act as a liaison between clients and supervising PTs
Requirements:
- MN-licensed PTA
- Availability Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Strong time management and reliability
