Customer Service Representative (Hybrid Role)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid - Work from home eligibility after meeting criteria and completing one week of in-office onboarding/training)

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring their needs are met, and making a positive impact with every interaction.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information in a friendly and professional manner. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to changing guidelines, and have a strong attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
Book appointments accurately while maintaining high data integrity
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Identify and escalate customer issues when necessary
Stay up to date on process changes and adapt quickly
Provide clear information and answer customer questions
Maintain quality standards and adhere to company guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: At least one year of experience in a call center or retail customer service environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask—talking on the phone while navigating a computer
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is a plus
A passion for providing excellent customer service
Must be able to pass a background check
