Job Title: Evening RN – Make Every Shift Count in Elmore, MN

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule: Part-Time | Evening/Night Shift | Every Other Weekend Required + Rotating On-Call

Pay: $35 – $50/hour (Depending on Experience)

Weekend Differential: + $1.00/hour on weekends

Your Role as Evening RN:

• Develop and manage individualized care plans for residents
  
• Oversee medication administration and chronic condition management
  
• Conduct clinical assessments and accurately document care
  
• Lead communication with families and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
  
• Respond to resident health concerns and take immediate, decisive action in emergencies
  
• Foster a warm, respectful environment where residents feel safe and cared for
  

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
  
• Geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living experience preferred
  
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and emotionally intelligent
  
• Reliable, collaborative, and passionate about senior care
