Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Parts Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service of parts and accessories for customers and dealerships while maintaining the highest level of customer service, satisfaction, and retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Utilize the Parts Department fleet to deliver parts and accessories to customers and pick up any returns and process credit memos.
• Responsible for collecting any payment due and processing necessary paperwork.
• Check all parts to be delivered against the invoice verifying correct part numbers and quantities.
• Ensure that delivery vehicle is well maintained and clean, turn in a vehicle status report weekly, and recommend any maintenance to management.
• Maintain an efficient delivery route.
• Assist with parts delivery, department maintenance, annual inventory, loading or unloading freight, generating or posting orders, stocking inventory as needed.
• Strive to increase and improve customer communication and follow up to maintain relationship and ensure satisfaction with the service and products being provided.
• Update job knowledge by participating in training and education opportunities and keep current on new products and product updates.
• Ensure that work area is organized and cleaned daily.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver License and clean driving record.

Compensation details: 19-19 Hourly Wage
