Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Location: Hackettstown, NJ 07840

Start Date: June 2, 2025

End Date: August 30, 2025

Schedule: All below shifts are available

• shifts:
• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify outpatient hospital visit authorizations accurately and efficiently
• Use payer portals to research and validate patient insurance benefits
• Provide excellent customer service during communication with physician offices and hospital sites
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospital authorization verification
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $21 -$23(hourly)
• Paid on an hourly basis
