Job Title: Patient Access Representative

Schedule: All below shifts are available
- shifts:
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other weekend)
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify outpatient hospital visit authorizations accurately and efficiently
- Use payer portals to research and validate patient insurance benefits
- Provide excellent customer service during communication with physician offices and hospital sites
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to support daily operations
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospital authorization verification
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $21 -$23(hourly)
- Paid on an hourly basis
