Title: Patient Navigator

Location: Brooklyn NY NY 11215

Shift: 8a - 4p; 9 - 5p; 10a - 6p.

Duration: 3 Months Contract (with the possibility of extension)

Rate Range: $18-$20 per hour

Must have:

• 1-3 years experience clerical/admin duties in medical related field.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) .
• Experience with patient check ins and responding to patient request via EPIC, email or phone.
