Premier Kids Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our Private Duty Nursing Team ! We have immediate openings in San Antonio , San Marcos, Seguin, Poteet, Buda and surrounding areas.

Immediate Needs:
- Bilingual nurses for some shifts/cases needed in 78073 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Wound Care nurses needed for some NIGHT shifts in 78254 (5pm-1am: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Day & Night Nurses for weekdays and week nights
- NIGHTS/ WEEKEND NIGHTS: We have a high need for these shifts and are currently offering a $750 sign-on bonus for night shifts after 120 hours worked within 90 days as a perm nurse on these cases.
- Dripping Springs case options - days/nights/weekends available
- BUDA, TX - week days and weekends available
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid license (LVN/LPN/RN) in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Experience with trach care, G-tube, or ventilator preferred BUT not required - we offer clinical training and support!
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physician’s Plan of Care (POC) and maintain compliant documentation
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training for family members
