The Racepoint People Manager is a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in building connections. You will be an integral part of strengthening the Racepoint community and impacting employee engagement. You will work closely with the SVP, agency operations to develop and implement practices, programs, and policies focused on creating the most rewarding place for our employees.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

CORE MEMBER OF THE PEOPLE TEAM, DELIVERING OUR PROMISES TO RACEPOINT TALENT

  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees across all locations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives, including interview training, goal setting, and career development programs.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, salary assessments, promotions, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and HR policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

MANAGE AND EXECUTE EVENTS

  • Shape our internal community and strengthen Racer connection via events, live gatherings to virtual meetups.
  • Oversee an annual wellness program, encompassing physical, financial, and emotional wellness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-location, hybrid work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and talent management best practices.
  • Ability to work independently as the primary HR resource, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in an agency setting will be a strong advantage.

This is a Boston-based position. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package.
