Your Role as Our Part Time Coach: At Alloy Personal Training, we don’t just offer workouts—
we create an experience. As the Part Time Coach, you’ll be the driving force behind that
experience! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Lead 6-15 small group sessions per week, helping members achieve their goals in a
fun, dynamic setting.
• Be the face of Alloy, working with the Studio Director and Head Coach to deliver an unmatched
fitness experience that keeps members coming back!
• Assist with sales and ongoing operations, because when people meet
you, they’ll WANT to join!
• Embrace leadership and take on various studio tasks as needed—we’re all about
teamwork!
• Keep the vibe alive by upholding Alloy’s core values and making every session an unforgettable one.
What We’re Looking For: If you’re passionate, energetic, and ready to inspire, you’re exactly who we want. Here’s the kind of coach we’re after:
• Certified Pro: You hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or similar) or have a BA in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
• Experience: At least 2 years of personal training or small group training experience.
• Sales Savvy: You know how to sell (because who wouldn’t want to train with you?).
• Organization Master: You’ve got excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the computer, because we use tech to enhance our client experience
Flexibility: Evening and some Saturday hours are required.
