Who We Are Bandon Fitness Texas, Inc. is the largest owner of Anytime Fitness locations in the United States with 250+ current locations, and plans for continued growth. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness to join our team as a Personal Training Area Manager (PTAM). The Personal Training Area Manager will supervise and oversee the operations of the Personal Training Programs within the DFW region. Their main duties include Personal Training sales, hiring and development of Personal Training Managers and Coaches, collaborating with managers to set goals for each location and communicating and enforcing policies. What We Expect

• Sales and marketing of Personal Training Programs
• Monitor sales in all assigned club locations and work toward meeting monthly goals
• Ensuring quality and consistency of the PT program across all locations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop PT staff members
• Personnel management of PT staff members at all assigned locations
• Resolving client concerns using excellent customer service skills
• Offer consultation and recommendations to club staff on overcoming sales and operations challenges
• Travel to assigned club locations to evaluate operations and efficiency of the PT program

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Management, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years multi-unit/multi-store management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of fitness industry trends, programming, and equipment.
• Passion for sales with experience driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and is comfortable interacting with all levels of the workforce.

Compensation Summary

• Total compensation plan includes base pay, bonus, and commission structure. Base pay will range from $40-45K, commensurate with experience.
