Job Description

• Start Date: ASAP (2 weeks minimum needed for compliance). Allied travelers can start any day of the week (M-F, if necessary if the KY license is in hand)! *KY license takes approximately 4 weeks to obtain.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Requirements:
• EPIC highly preferred.
• PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college), State License, and ACLS required.
• KY LIC can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start.
• UPDATED- 5 years’ experience required 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Skills: Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcome. Provide information and educational programs to customers. Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process. Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to assure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.
• Locals accepted: Yes. Locals within 75 miles are accepted at $7 less than the posted bill rate.
