Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join a growing team in Little Rock, AR. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the management of a thriving pharmacy that focuses on patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient-focused, and a critical thinker with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and lead a team of 3 full-time pharmacists and 6 full-time pharmacy technicians
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, including staffing, inventory management, medication returns, and E-Kit management
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure medication is available, safe, and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the State Board of Pharmacy
  • Perform administrative duties, including new hire and payroll processes
  • Maintain and oversee required licenses and continuing education credits for staff

Qualifications :

  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist with an active AR license
  • 1-2 years of management experience preferred
  • Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities

Salary Range: $140k - $145k

Schedule: 40-hour work week between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM. After-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities
